Method 1:
Try the following steps and check if it works.
Start the Bluetooth service.
a. Click Start, type services.msc and hit enter.
b. From the list of items, double click Bluetooth Support Service.
c. Change the startup type to Automatic and click Start button to start service.
d. Click Apply and then click ok.
Method 2:
You may use the device manager to uninstall and reinstall the Bluetooth device drivers and check or update the Bluetooth drivers from the manufacturer website.
Follow the steps to checking the sound drivers in device manager:

a. Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
b. Click System and Maintenance, click System, and then click Device Manager.
Note: If Control Panel is in Classic View, double-click System, and then click Device Manager.
If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Allow.
c. Locate the Bluetooth device by expanding the categories. Now you may right-click the listed drivers. Here you will get all the option to update or Install/uninstall drivers. Click on Uninstall.
Check if at all there is an exclamation mark along the driver, it suggests issues with the driver installed.
d. Restart the computer. This will let the computer automatically detect the device drivers on restart of the computer.
